Billy is an orange tank engine who works on the island of Sodor.
Bio[]
During Henry's dream in Full Dream Ahead, Billy can be seen fleeing from the giant Thomas which was attacking Knapford Station.
Billy fell prey to the Slender Engine on Halloween, being stalked and captured by the engine along with all of the other "one offs".

- Billy's model was modified during Trick or Treat and Deus Ex Machina in order to depict the Halloween Engine.
